Thursday is karaoke at The Blue Note. The flyer has to say the night, the hours and the drink deal, and it goes on the door, in the window and on the page. Most karaoke flyers look like a 2004 nightclub; this one looks like the bar.

Why it works
- "No cover" and the well deal are the feature line, because that is the decision.
- One microphone, photographed as an object. No neon, no disco ball, no silhouettes.
