A Thanksgiving menu with the seatings on it.
The Gristmill does three seatings on Thanksgiving Day. The menu goes in the window in early November, on the screen above the bar and on Instagram, and it has to sell the table before the family plans are made.

Why it works
- Three sections, eight dishes, prices in one column with leader dots. The day and the seatings are in the brush band.
- The Hearth gives rust, moss and rowan berries: autumn without a single cartoon turkey.
- Four formats from one sentence, including a 16:9 board for the screen over the bar and a card per dish.
Questions
When should a restaurant publish its Thanksgiving menu?
Early November, about three weeks before. Thanksgiving is the fourth Thursday of November: 26 November in 2026. Families book early, so the menu has to be in the window before the plans are made.
How many dishes should it list?
Eight to ten across three sections: starters, the table (mains and sides), and pie. Prices in one column; the seatings and the booking number in the band.
Can I list allergens?
Yes, add them as an item note ("contains nuts", "gluten-free"); notes are set small under the dish.
What formats do I get?
An A3 print PDF for the window, a 1080 × 1080 square and a story for Instagram, a 16:9 board for a screen over the bar, and a card per dish.
Is it free?
The preview is free, and your first poster is free without signing in, in every format, with a small "Made with actualtaste.com" in the corner. Sign in and the next one is free too, without it. After that one poster costs 49 kr (about €5 or $5).
